Delivery in mainland Portugal
Is delivery free?
Yes. We offer free delivery in mainland Portugal for our garden houses and wooden structures.
What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time for garden houses is 2 to 3 weeks (10 to 15 working days), depending on the model and availability.
In exceptional cases the lead time may vary because of logistics or external transport.
How is delivery carried out?
Delivery is made by carrier at street level (the entrance to the address). Please make sure that access is possible for transport vehicles.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a garden house?
You can return unused products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
Products made to a specific order cannot be returned.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged product:
- Send us an email with photographs of the damage
- Include the order number
- Briefly describe the problem
We will review the situation quickly and propose a suitable solution.
