Can I return or exchange unused items?

Yes. You can return unused items, preferably in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.

Please contact us in writing within that period. If we receive no message in that time, we assume you are satisfied with your purchase.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Please note: products made or ordered specifically for the customer cannot be returned.

After the returned items have been received and checked, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 15 working days.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

First of all, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Despite the care we take with our products and packaging, damage can occasionally occur in transit. We will be glad to find a suitable solution quickly.
