Lowest-price guarantee on garden houses & wooden buildings | Bear Wood
At Bear Wood you have the fairest-price guarantee for your garden house, kiosk or garage. Seen exactly the same product cheaper somewhere else in Portugal? We match our price immediately. That way you always buy with 100% price security.
How does the Bear Wood Lowest-Price Guarantee work?
Our price guarantee is simple and transparent. Found a lower price at another online or physical shop in Portugal? We match the price if these 5 points are met:
- Identical product: it is exactly the same brand, model and reference.
- New condition: the product is new and in its original packaging.
- Availability: the product is available in Portugal within 10 working days.
- Public price: the price is open to everyone (no personal discounts or subscriptions).
- Deadline: the lower price is evidenced up to 30 days after your order.
Save now: your report meets these points? Then we immediately lower our price to the competitor’s figure.
Which wooden buildings does the guarantee apply to?
We offer this guarantee across the core of our range. It includes, among others:
- Garden houses & wooden sheds (including Gardenas and Woodlands)
- Wooden garages
- Kiosks & garden bars
- Playhouses & children’s garden furniture
- Log stores & dog kennels
Thanks to our close supplier relationships and our focus on efficiency, we are among the cheapest timber retailers in Portugal.
When does the price match not apply?
To keep the comparison between suppliers fair, there are a few exceptions:
- Differences in additional costs such as delivery or assembly.
- Temporary cashback promotions from manufacturers.
- Demonstrably incorrect prices (typing errors) or prices below cost.
- Specific bundle discounts or personalised quotations.
Step by step: claiming your lower price
Seen a better deal? Follow these three steps and we will do the rest:
- Gather the evidence: copy the competitor’s link or take a photo/screenshot of the quotation or price.
- Send us a message: send the link, the price and the product to [email protected].
- Price match: our team checks the request straight away. Once approved, we adjust your invoice or refund the difference.

Frequently asked questions about our lowest-price guarantee
Does the guarantee also apply after my purchase?
Yes! At Bear Wood you have up to 30 days after your order to report a lower price. We simply refund you the difference.
Does the garden house have to be exactly the same?
Yes: for a fair comparison we look at the specifications, the timber thickness and the finishes. A Bear Wood garden house stands for quality, so we compare only with brands of identical quality.
What if a competitor shows an incorrect price?
Our guarantee does not apply to clearly incorrect prices or prices below cost.
