Painting Option (Acrylic Paint Kit)
The garden house M901A is delivered unpainted, allowing complete personalisation to your taste. Optionally, it can include an acrylic paint kit for the LP® SmartSide® panels, with the paint needed in the chosen colour for the walls and white paint for the wooden details.
Important: the panels and the wooden trims must be treated/painted to ensure maximum durability and protection over the years.
Sturdy Structure and Smart Construction
The structure of the garden house M901A consists of a 60×60 mm timber frame and 10 mm LP® SmartSide® panels with a prepared surface (primer). This combination ensures stability, strength and excellent behaviour over time, even in demanding conditions.
In addition, the floor included is an 15 mm LP® ProStruct® with a SmartFinish®, creating a base that is more resistant to wear and moisture.

Simple Maintenance for a Long Service Life
The panels LP® SmartSide® are low-maintenance, but an annual check helps keep the garden house M901A in perfect condition for many years. Clean with a soft cloth and water, inspect the paintwork (especially at the bottom of the panels) and repaint when necessary with exterior acrylic paint. Avoid bleach, ammonia and pressure washers.
Warranty and Conditions
The panels LP® SmartSide® include 15 years of warranty (from the invoice date), valid when assembly is performed according to the manual. The warranty covers the replacement of parts with manufacturing defects (not assembled and not treated). We recommend checking the kit within the first 14 days after delivery and, if necessary, sending photos and the LOT.
Delivery and Storage Before Assembly
The garden house M901A is delivered disassembled on a pallet, protected with film, transported by lorry with a tail lift. Delivery is made as close as possible to the site, depending on access. A contact telephone number is mandatory. Until assembly, store the material in a dry, shaded place, without direct contact with the ground and protected from sun and moisture.
